Our Walking Policies

How do I schedule?

We make the schedule on a weekly basis.  Change your days week to week if you like!  We use Time To Pet to schedule our walks.  Pay with Zelle or venmo.

Do I get a text update?

After each visit walkers will text you with an update.

Can I meet the walker first?

Of course! Each new client is required to have a free meet and greet with their walker.  If you’re interested, fill out a contact form here. 

Is it the same walker each time?

Yes!  You will be matched with a walker who’s route matches your location and time window.

Do you require Vaccinations?

Yes we require proof of vaccinations ( Bordatella, Rabies Distemper ) before starting.  

Arrival Window

We ask that clients allow for a 1 hour time window for the walker to arrive.  So for example if your time slot is 12 pm the walker might arrive anywhere from 11:30 – 12:30.

Background Checks?

All walkers are screened and we do background checks.

Evaluations

All new dogs are evaulated by our lead walker at the beginning of service.
